Lizzie Nowell

New Jersey native turned Charleston local, Elizabeth “Lizzie” Nowell began her career in the housing and design industry after earning degrees in Marketing Management and Residential Environments & Design from Virginia Tech.

She built a strong foundation in residential construction through roles with a custom home builder and a cabinet design and supply company. After relocating to Charleston, Lizzie helped grow a local luxury staging company, where she spent five pivotal years and ultimately served as Design Manager. Now at Atlantic Properties, she brings her eye for design, industry knowledge, and passion for all things home to every client experience.
