Atlantic Properties was founded in January of 2005 with a clear mission statement and service offerings. 

Our Mission:  To provide concierge-level services to buyers and sellers of real estate in the Greater Charleston area. Our unique team approach allows our clients to relax in the confidence that every detail of their transaction is being handled by experts in a timely manner. At Atlantic Properties of the Lowcountry, every client is a preferred client.

The Services:  We deem buying and selling real estate a large, personal endeavor and we take your invitation to participate in that journey seriously. Our goal is to make transactions enjoyable and stress-free. To do so, we offer concierge-level services. This means we make the plans, we handle the coordination and fine details, we execute, and we close. The "to-do list" is our own so you may relax and take delight in the process.
