Caitlin was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, where she grew up on the water, boating, playing sports, and developing a lifelong appreciation for beautiful homes and coastal communities.
She attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she majored in Public Health while playing Division I lacrosse. During her time at Maryland, she was fortunate to be part of two national championship teams, an experience that shaped her competitive spirit, work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
After marrying her husband, Brendan, his career brought them to Charleston, where they quickly fell in love with the Lowcountry lifestyle. Today, Caitlin enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring Charleston's restaurants, and sharing what makes the area such a special place to live.

If You Had to Eat at the Same Restaurant Every Night, Where Would You Eat and Why?
"Sullivan's Fish Camp! It was one of the first restaurants we tried after moving to Charleston, and it has been a weekly staple for us ever since. The lobster roll and fresh ceviche are two of our favorites, and their brunch is unbelievable, too!"
