Alison Coffey, Sales Coordinator & Realtor

In 2020, Alison Coffey and her family moved from Manhasset, New York, to Charleston in search of warmer days, outdoor living, and a more balanced pace of life. Drawn to Daniel Island’s natural beauty, golf courses, walking trails, and small-town feel, they quickly found a community where the kids could ride bikes to friends’ houses and weekends could be spent boating, exploring markets, or enjoying dinner on the water.

Alison is a seasoned real estate executive with a diverse background in investment, asset management, leasing, marketing, and business development across multiple asset classes. As a Global Portfolio Manager at WeWork, she oversaw business plan strategy and execution for both global and regional real estate portfolios. Previously, she served as Director of Marketing at Vornado Realty Trust, leading initiatives for high-profile developments and Manhattan’s prime retail portfolio on Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue, and Soho. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Leasing at Newmark Knight Frank, playing a key role in the redevelopment of the iconic Lincoln Building into Grand Central Square. She began her career at SL Green Realty Corporation, where she participated in more than 2.4 million square feet of leasing transactions.

Alison earned her B.A. in Communications with a minor in French from Loyola University Maryland. She combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to help clients achieve their real estate goals. She is an active member of CTAR, NAR, and CREW. She supports various philanthropic causes, including the MUSC Children’s Center, Dee Norton, Ronald McDonald House, Northwell Cohen Children’s Medical Center, Fountain House, and Best Buddies.

Beyond her professional work, Alison is deeply connected to the Charleston lifestyle. She and her family enjoy boating around the Lowcountry, spending time at the beach, and being active members of their Daniel Island community. They frequently attend concerts at Credit One Stadium and love exploring Charleston’s vibrant dining scene. Among Alison’s favorite restaurants are Sorelle, known for its Italian-inspired menu and lively atmosphere in the heart of downtown, and Chubby Fish, a neighborhood gem celebrated for its fresh, locally sourced seafood and innovative flavors.

Today, Alison resides on Daniel Island, where she continues to grow her presence in the residential real estate market while staying closely engaged with the Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, and Charleston Peninsula communities.
