Nichole made Charleston her home 29 years ago and cannot imagine living anywhere else. She was raised in Georgia but knew the Lowcountry lifestyle was for her. Her husband, Dan, was born and raised in Charleston, and they feel blessed that their three children, Turner (17) Ella Clair (14) and Miles (12) can grow up in the Lowcountry as well. Her family proudly resides on Daniel Island and always will.
After 26 years in real estate management Nichole decided it was time for a new chapter in her life. She took the knowledge she had gained over the last two and a half decades and became a full-time realtor. “I love helping people. Hearing their stories and understanding their needs is something I will never tire of. It is an honor to assist clients with one of the biggest decisions they will ever make - buying or selling a home!” Nichole believes that the key to success is being genuine, kind, and trustworthy. “I love the fact that my clients and I still converse, grab dinner, go for walks, etcetera...even after the deal is closed! To me, it’s about the long-term relationship!”
Real estate is her passion, Charleston is her home, and together they make for a wonderful career.
Favorite part of Charleston: "My favorite part of Charleston is the beauty of it from the marsh views and beaches to the architecture and there is so much history in this southern town."
If you had to eat at the same restaurant every night, where would you eat and why: That's a hard question with the number of restaurants in the Charleston area, but I'd have to say I could eat at Sermet's Courtyard every night. The food never disappoints; the atmosphere is great inside and out, and it's always fun to talk to Sermet and his team!"
Describe yourself in one sentence: "A proud mom of three who values family time, enjoys entertaining friends, cooking and decorating - and who won't turn down a good cup of coffee or a glass of wine!"
