Mindy Noce

Mindy is a long-term resident of the Lowcountry ever since her graduation from the College of Charleston. Since joining Atlantic Properties almost two years ago, she has had tremendous success as the company's design and renovation consultant. Mindy brings creativity and management skills to every project. She is able to personalize renovation advice for each client to ensure all expectations can and will be met. She provides realistic and honest assessments of all work being done and communicates progress at each juncture. “It is so gratifying to play a role in the before, during, and after process in a renovation. It becomes even more meaningful when a family falls in love with a home we transformed!"

Mindy was originally introduced to Charleston while watching three older brothers play football at The Citadel. Being very active in sports herself, she majored in Health Science at the College of Charleston, and has been an avid runner and tennis enthusiast ever since. She has three children and has resided locally at Isle of Palms and Daniel Island for almost eighteen years. Daniel Island is her forever! 

Favorite part of Charleston: "It has something for everyone, and everything for a lot of people! Hard to go wrong with sunshine, sea, and charm!"

If you had to eat at the same restaurant every night, where would you eat and why: "Hmm...Obstinate Daughter on Sullivan's Island is sensational. I could eat off that menu forever! Then grab a scoop of gelato below at Bearcat's Sweet Shop, of course."
