Meg Latour

Life is too short not to love where you live. That belief led Meg and her husband to Daniel Island in 2004, and it did not take long for them to know they had found home. What began as a visit to explore an investment property quickly turned into a life changing move from Washington, D.C. to the Lowcountry.

Meg believes real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It is about discovering a lifestyle. She loves introducing clients to Daniel Island as a vibrant, welcoming community where neighbors become friends, outdoor living is part of everyday life, and world class dining, golf, tennis, beaches, and trails are just minutes away.

Originally from Kingston, New York, Meg is a graduate of the University of Richmond and brings a strong foundation in real estate development and sales.  Her early career includes experience with the Marriott Corporation and extensive work throughout the DC, VA and MD markets as a Realtor. She joined the Daniel Island Real Estate team in 2005 and has been consistently recognized as a Top Producer and Realtor of Distinction. 

Known for her warm personality, attentive listening, and calm approach, Meg strives to make the buying or selling process both enjoyable and seamless. Her philosophy is simple. Every client is unique, and her role is to listen carefully and guide them with confidence and care.
