A Charleston native, Kat spent several years living across the country while pursuing her education and competing as a collegiate tennis player. She earned a degree in Business from Xavier University before launching her career in professional sales and relationship management. Ultimately drawn back by the Lowcountry’s southern charm and welcoming community, Kat found her calling in real estate—combining her deep love for Charleston with a passion for helping others.
Outside of work, Kat embraces Charleston’s active, outdoor lifestyle—often exploring new walking trails or enjoying time by the water with family and friends.
